When you purchase a subscription for our consulting services, you commit to a minimum number of hours per month at a discounted rate for that level of consulting.
Should you need more than the purchased number of hours, the rate will increase by 20%
Should you use less than the purchased number of hours, the excess hours will rollover to the next month. Unused hours expire at the end of the second month.
Should you choose to discontinue a consulting subscription, all unused hours will be forfeited at the end of the current month.
